Our Hot Smoked Salmon is cold smoked with our own home-cure recipe and then roasted in our kilns to perfection, producing a deep flavour. While it's perfect for flaking into salads and pasta, our favourite way to enjoy it is simply plating up the fillets with a few buttered potatoes and greens - delicious!
