The large unsliced oily side of salmon is the one to buy. It is delicious and by carving it yourself you can enjoy it at the exact thickness you like best, and you don't have to struggle to separate the slices of a presliced salmon.

Really enjoyed it, so did my guests. Great flavour and well trimmed, no waste. Looking forward to order another next çhristmas.

Looks incredibly fresh. Slices beautifully and doesn't fall to pieces. I didn't find this too oily at all. It has a firm texture, not chewy and the smokiness is not overpowering. Cant fault in any way. Next purchase will be for Easter. Keep up the great standard Goldstein!

I used to have a Kosher delicatessen in the 1950's and 1960's and we sold the finest quality smoked salmon. After all these years I have finally found the similar beautiful quality to the stuff we used to sell.
People don't realise the tasteless stuff they buy in the supermarkets is so awful and doesn't compare to Goldstein's amazing quality.
I am really glad I found Goldstein as I thought I was never going to enjoy my salmon again..I just wish I'd found them years ago.
